Ordering

How do I place an order on the Bar-BAE Fitness site?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

You may request changes within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order begins processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard domestic orders take 1-2 days to process and 3-7 business days until it gets to you. International orders typically take 7-14 business days.

Please contact our support team at @support@barbaefitness.com. We’ll assist you in tracking or filing a lost package claim thru USPS.

Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.

We want you to love every purchase from Bar-BAE Fitness. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and exchange works.

Email us at support@barbaefitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Returns/Exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or preference.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Bar-BAE Responsibility:

  • Returns/exchanges due to defects, damage or if you received the wrong item or if you received the wrong item.
  • We’ll cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange by emailing support@barbaefitness.com.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Google Pay, Klarna and most major credit/debit cards.

Yes, all payments are securely processed using encrypted and PCI-compliant platforms.

Yes, we offer installment options via trusted partners like Afterpay or Klarna (if available in your region).

Use our Size Guide on each product page to find the perfect fit based on your measurements.

Most of our items are true to size. However if you are between sizes we suggest sizing up. Specific fit information is provided in the product description.

Yes, we frequently restock. You can sign up for restock alerts by joining the crew!
