Lost Package Policy

LOST PACKAGE POLICY

At Bar-BAE Fitness, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and delivery is subject to their timelines and processes.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once shipped.
If your package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please:
Check with neighbors, household members and your local post office.
Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked "delivered" by the carrier - this includes lost, stolen, or misplaced.
All shipments are ensured, so a claim can be filed with the carrier. We are happy to assist you with this, just email us at: barbaefitness@gmail.com.
If your order was shipped without insurance, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund the order once it has been scanned as delivered.
