We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
Once approved, send the item(s) back in the original packaging, unworn/unwashed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and send a confirmation email.
Refunds: (if elgible) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Store credit/exchange: can be processed faster just let us know your preference.
You’ll receive a final confirmation once the return or exchange is complete.
